- Fresh Lime Juice 15ml
- Syrup 30ml
- Egg White 1 (30ml)
- Absinthe Sprinkle x 2
- Soda Water (Cold) somel

- Glassware: Long Glass Collins or Old-fashioned
- Garnish: Orange Peel and sprinkle with absinthe

Sprinkle Absinthe around the glass and add ice

Add egg white to shaker for dry shake

Add other materials except soda water into another cup without egg white, add ice then shake

Add some soda water into the glass, add the shake, then add more soda (higher for pulled effect)
